DESCRIPTION

Collaboration between employees or groups of employees is key to high performance.  Team Building is key to developing a culture of collaboration.  Team building is the process of bringing together a group of contributing employees into a cohesive team. An effective work team produces better, faster results, and provides a satisfying and motivating experience for team members. To build a good and an effective team you must possess a good communication skill, active listening, collaborative skill, building confidence, creative thinking, idea exchange and problem-solving skill.

This program is designed to empower participants with the required knowledge, attitude and skills that will enable them build effective teams and manage people in a way that will stimulate and motivate dedication.
