DESCRIPTION
Performance management is a set of management activities that employees and managers engage in to ensure that organizational, departmental, unit, and individual goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. The various processes involve managers and employees setting goals, monitoring their achievement, and evaluating performance against the goals set at the beginning of the performance period. An effective performance management requires skills such as planning, monitoring, evaluating, rewarding and capacity development.
This program is design to equip participant with knowledge and skills for effective performance management that will utilize organizational resources to achieve mandate- critical result in effective and efficient manner.
