DESCRIPTION

Time Management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activity, mainly to increase effectiveness and efficiency. It is a key aspect of self-management. Misuse or loss of time is a key contributor to lack of effectiveness and poor performance. 

This program introduces time management tools and techniques that allow participants to manage their time more effectively and feel more in control.  Participants will be able to identify areas of their job where time can be better utilized and the actions necessary to alleviate problems identified.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

  • Understand the concept of time management
  • Train participants to identify their biggest ‘time takers’ which reduce their productivity
  • Train participants on time management skills for effective planning, scheduling and prioritizing work
  • Train participants on time management techniques

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the biggest ‘time takers’ which reduce productivity and establish solutions to reduce or remove the negative impact
  • Have acquired practical time management skills for planning, scheduling and prioritizing work for efficiency
