DESCRIPTION

Monitoring and Evaluation  (M & E) is a project management function that ensures and ascertains program success. The various activities under monitoring and evaluation blend with each other to ensure that program implementation activities are according to program design (monitoring), and ascertain program performance (productivity, results achievement, and impact) –evaluation. Monitoring and Evaluation also provides management and performance data that helps Project managers, Project officers, and stakeholders to ascertain project implementation experiences and lessons learned.
